01 — Architect
Architects design.
They diagnose operational chaos, map every workflow, and blueprint the department OS before a single tool is touched. Architects identify the real bottleneck — not the surface symptom — and build the structural foundation every Engineer will install on top of.
02 — Engineer
Engineers install.
They turn blueprint into working system. Configure Flow OS, deploy AI agents, and build the automations that make a department run without its founder in the room. Engineers do not theorize — they build until it works.
03 — Conductor
Conductors transfer.
They co-run the department alongside the client team, certify operators through Exo Academy, write the SOPs, and deliver the Sovereignty Packet. A Conductor's job is done when the client no longer needs them.
